Management of complex supply networks is a fundamental business topic today. Especially in the presence many and diverse stakeholders, identifying assessing those risks having potential negative impact on performance processes utmost importance and, as result, implementing focused risk management actions current lively field research. The possibility supporting Supply Chain Risks (SCRM) herein explored from Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM)-based perspective. sorting method ELimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalité (ELECTRE) TRI proposed structural procedure to classify (SCRs) into proper classes expressing priority intervention so ease implementation prevention protection measures. This approach intended offer structured insights by means an immediate identification most highly critical wide set previously identified SCRs. A real-world case study automotive industry implemented show applicability usefulness approach.
